Jean Gunby

A Nebraska native, Jean relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona at age 16.  Following her early days in food service, she became the administrative assistant to the Senior Partner of a large law firm in Phoenix. It was during her time there that she discovered her love of the travel and meeting industry – her duties included planning the Christmas Party, arranging travel and off site firm meetings.

Jean was married to a PGA Golf Pro and over 12 years they managed golf shops in Kentucky, Nevada, and Arizona while raising two great sons.  Jean’s operational experience in the industry continued during three seasons at The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island as assistant manager over 9 retail shops, followed by six summer seasons in the golf scene in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

During the winter months, Jean is an independent contractor that coordinates transportation, meetings, golf events, and catering in the group travel market.   Her love of people and passion for golf, biking, hiking, cruising and travel is a perfect match with the Framework team!
